Are you using WeatherBug to monitor current weather condition?

If so, you should consider using Weather Watcher instead!  It does almost everything WeatherBug does, but is not nearly so intrusive or annoying since it contains no ads or popups and you don't have to select a sponsor, etc.  You can even disable the splash screen and have it run minimized every time you restart Windows, so you don't even know its running except for the current temperature display and weather alerts that appear on your taskbar.

And during times of inclement weather, you might even choose to use the available weather maps loaded to your desktop as a background.  If you have a broadband connection, these maps can be updated as often as you like to show you current precipitation, temperatures, forecasts, etc. for any area of the U.S. (see image below)

If you would like to download Weather Watcher now, click here.  Once you have downloaded and installed the program, you will need to click on the icon at the bottom left of the window as shown below.  (You will need to select several other options first, such as your zipcode, etc.)

From the options window, you will setup your zipcode, etc.  To enable the dynamic weather maps as your desktop, click on "Wallpaper".  You will have several options, including map update frequency and map area as well as type of data to be displayed on the map.
